Comparable booking apps cost $600/month. BTA has almost everything. It takes some work to take advantage of all the features, but Support from BTA is fantastic -- quick to respond and very effective and helpful. With other apps, almost every little additional feature costs extra--not with BTA. The world needs more companies like Zetya!

I tested about 8 booking apps available in Shopify. BookThatApp is the only one that provided most of our complicated requirements. With Covid, there are lots of restrictions and this produced more complicated scenarios for us. We understand that the out of the shelf product do have limitations and I know that I kept on bugging the support team with a lot of questions. The support team is very quick to respond and very knowledgeable. The only thing that I can think that needs improvement is to provide a timeline for bug submissions. I understand that this is by first come first serve basis. We users would need to know the delivery of the bug so that we could decide if we can wait or if we need to have an alternative. Other than that, the team is great and the app is heaven sent to us.

For the price, this is the best booking calendar out there! Main emphasis is on their STELLAR support team that I have never waited more than 8 hours for a resolution from. Lots of customizable options, and the team will work with your for what you need on your site.

We added this to our site and are excited to have the ease of use with rental bikes, skis, and more. Their technical support was excellent to dial in our product pages too. Well worth the $25.

We like to refer to this app as Bookify ( sorry eh ) - it makes booking our client experiences easy to use on both ends and when we are stuck with a config error the response is quick, friendly and on point.

This App is awesome! I thought i was gonna have the worst time ever and then Albert in the Customer Service Chat spent 5 minutes and fixed my whole issue. Even admitted that it was a small issue on their end and that it shouldnt happen again. Thanks Albert!!!

We use this app to set up a reservation system for a clothing shop. Great service and quick response! Every time we need help with setting up the widget or configurations, they are always there to fix problems for us. Also, thank you, Albert, for the fast responses!

We needed this app for our power tool rental website and I had a hard time figuring out how choosing a date range would change the price according to the number of days. I started the online chat in the app and 3 min. later BookThatApp fixed it. This app is just what we needed and it works perfectly.

This app is fantastic and helps us with all of our booking needs. The functionality it provides is robust and there's lots of flexibility - they really understand the needs of rental/booking businesses and do a terrific job of accommodating a wide variety of use cases. Ignore bad reviews. If you are not experienced enough to use the app, it is not the developers fault. A good app covers a lot of topics that customers often have to deal with when a small business owner doesn't take the time (or use the tool) to make purchases easier. This app IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST if you're wanting to do product rentals and other appointment/booking style functions on your Shopify site. If you go elsewhere to add rentals/bookings you'll come back to this app, trust me, that's what happened to me. My favorite features include being able to have my assistant manage orders from a separate login through a URL and being able to list products for sale as well as for rent in the SAME listing! LOVE LOVE LOVE! Support is wonderful too. Give it a try, you won't regret it.
