I can say for sure that BookThatApp has the best support I have ever encountered. It responds quickly and even makes the settings you need. Simply magic! On other sites, at best, you will be answered by a useless bot. The application is very flexible and can be easily customized for any task. The only thing that bothers me is that I need to pay for each booking, even if this booking was created on the Airbnb website and using calendar synchronization, BookThatApp considers it created and protected as payment. This is a very daring decision - to take money for the fact that Airbnb tried to sell my property))

Customer service is appalling.

We cancelled our plan the day we were charged for a yearly subscription as we no longer use Shopify as our website platform.

They are refusing to issue any refund at all.

We recently opened up a clothing rental shop and integrated BTA to it. I cannot express enough how fantastic this app is! It is so user friendly and has all the customizable features we would need to manage bookings.

When facing a challenge, questions or needing an assistance their exceptional customer service team was not only quick to response but
also incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. This extra service lowers our web developers cost which is a big bonus for a small company.

It's good and the customer service is good too. A free tier is available if you are a small business trying to figure things out. Easy to use and streamlined.

My shopify store is not live yet but as I will need to take bookings I checked out a few different apps and then chose BTA. I have found it pretty easy to use because the User Guide provided - is clear and easy to understand and follow, however I have had to contact the support team on 3-4 different occasions and every time they have answered my questions in a timely response and given clear directions on how to implement what I need to solve my problem.
I value any company that gives great customer service, so I definitely recommend this app because their customer service is A+++

Waste of time downloading this app. they want you to pay for every little feature that makes the app worth it and its hard to setup i spent hours with a rep trying to set it up so it works correctly and ended up wasting my time after it all. Dont waste your time downloading this app theres way easier ones

Upon my recent migration to a new Shopify theme, I suddenly found myself with a number of severe calendar and booking-related issues happening all at the same time. These were big, visible customer-facing problems that urgently needed to be addressed and had me feeling helpless. I had troubleshot for days and hours before finally reaching out to the team, jaded due to past experiences with other platforms’ customer service. Simply put, I was skeptical that help would arrive and didn’t want to get my hopes up. There's nothing quite so unnerving as needing immediate assistance and having no idea if and when your web-form-submitted pleas for help will catch anyone's attention or get a reply. It always feels a bit like throwing a message in a bottle into the ocean, hoping it will reach someone, but never knowing if or when it will.

Finally, after another full day of troubleshooting, I submitted several support request tickets late in the evening as a last resort. It was after 10 pm, so I had accepted that I'd be going to bed unsettled and anxious, and waking up to who-knows-how-many confused customers the next morning. But then, like a beacon of light coming out of the sky, I started receiving real, human feedback and assistance immediately! Albert's late PM hour responses to my SOS literally felt like having a life raft thrown to me. He jumped on my cases immediately, and by the time I did head to bed, 2 out of 3 of my issues were fixed, if not well on their way to being fully resolved. The next day, Rob picked up seamlessly where Albert left off, and guided me the rest of the way to complete resolution.

To get to interface with one exceptional tech support rep alone is rare, so to be able to benefit from the combined efforts of such a talented team was nothing short of outstanding. Even for its faults, I will no longer be getting angry at my Book That App software if and when I encounter roadblocks or issues I can’t figure out, knowing now that their dedicated tech support team is as responsive, diligent and thorough as they are, and completely accessible to me at my fingertips. Thank you guys, you really are such an asset to your company, but even more importantly, to the people whose small businesses and livelihoods rely on your product every day.

The support from the team has been fantastic, they have helped me through some more complex tasks to make this app deliver exactly what I was looking for.
A dynamic list of locations - improvement would be great, so customer don't have to scroll through a 100 locations, they could just start typing, or they could type in their postcode and the location is automatically selected? Just a suggestion
But overall a great app for what we were looking for, we have been using it for over a year

I work for a not-for-profit, and we used BookThatApp for various programs requiring simultaneous bookings. This is a powerful tool with a long learning curve, but Rob B. was incredibly helpful in teaching us the intricacies of the back-end of the software. We were really grateful that he was so personable, and would often link us to a written confirmation of what he had just mentioned, so we know in stone what we were looking for. We were able to work with BookThatApp's many different tools (which I have come to learn, are still being updated and developed into things that are even better) and save money. Thanks, Rob and BTA!

Using this app for rental. Didn't fully understand everything so I reached out for help and got all my questions answered. Made it really easy and I'm happy with the outcome.

This app gets the job done, but every so often there will be issues that can take a bit to resolve. They have solved the recent issue of the calendar not loading on Instagram due to the iOS 15.5 update, and it is working for my clients again. This app is also very good if you have a high volume of people coming to your site, and need to hold appointment times while the customer is checking out.

Excellent! Very easy-to-use, even for someone like me with very limited web development experience. I've used the app to add courses to my website. I came across one or two issues and I raised a ticket quite easily. The ticket was resolved within 15 minutes! Thank you Rob for your help. Brilliant! Thanks again

A fantastic app, and the best part.... the customer service is incredible. It helps me a lot to set up everything around bookings.

We needed this app for our power tool rental website and I had a hard time figuring out how choosing a date range would change the price according to the number of days. I started the online chat in the app and 3 min. later BookThatApp fixed it. This app is just what we needed and it works perfectly.

We use Book that app extensively. We had an issue with shopify but Zetya stepped up and fixed the issue for us that no one else could fix. It's wonderful to find customer service that is exactly that, customer service. Thank you

Ignore bad reviews. If you are not experienced enough to use the app, it is not the developers fault. A good app covers a lot of topics that customers often have to deal with when a small business owner doesn't take the time (or use the tool) to make purchases easier. This app IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST if you're wanting to do product rentals and other appointment/booking style functions on your Shopify site. If you go elsewhere to add rentals/bookings you'll come back to this app, trust me, that's what happened to me. My favorite features include being able to have my assistant manage orders from a separate login through a URL and being able to list products for sale as well as for rent in the SAME listing! LOVE LOVE LOVE! Support is wonderful too. Give it a try, you won't regret it.

Bookthatapp. Is very hard to set, the system for settings is not easy, and you need a expert to do it, bookthatapp support is good, but a lot of the support don´t know anything about the app. Error 400 is a big issue for this app, i have try to get help from that problem in 45 dags, but i giv up. Peter

This App is awesome! I thought i was gonna have the worst time ever and then Albert in the Customer Service Chat spent 5 minutes and fixed my whole issue. Even admitted that it was a small issue on their end and that it shouldnt happen again. Thanks Albert!!!
