Wonderful app, with great functionality. I have managed to configure this app to even send all staff members a text message when a booking or change is made to a booking. That way, everybody knows what is going on at all times :-)

Being a rental site BookThatApp is an invaluable tool for my business. The installation was straightforward and help was just around the corner when I needed it.

this was my first experience with book that app and I have to say that it’s was pleasurable one. I had trouble setting things up so I reached out to customer service, Rob was so helpful he fixed my issue and helped me understand what the problems were. I feel he Rob went above and beyond. He even went as far as to go into my store and fix things himself, with my permission of course. I would definitely recommend this app. Thank you book that app.

I love this App! It’s perfect for my event decor rental boutique. I paid for help from a Zetya expert name Rob. He was great! He helped me over a several hours to perfect my request. He also asked me to consider options to manage expenses. He was super patient and offered prompt responses. Other booking apps don’t compare to this one and the staff is it nearly as helpful and knowledgeable about their software. Best booking app!

Been using this for awhile and it works well for me. Their support is also very good! I recommend it to businesses that require bookings.

Great support through chat. Within 15 minutes we resolved all the issues we have except one that needed a developer to help. However even with that one, the customer support provided guidance as to where to fix the issue.

Works great.
We had some problems in the beginning, but they are very quick with responding and resolving problems. You have to consider a lot of ittt's for rental and they manage to control them all.
If you ask a question if something will be possible, they not only answer, but manage to fix things before the answer.
Of course depending on the day and hour, but often they answer within an hour!
Could not wish for more at this point.
