Merchants appreciate this app for its customizable booking features, user-friendly interface, and flexibility in setting hours and blackouts. It's praised for its reschedule/cancellation feature, individual lead and lag times for each product, and cost-effectiveness. Despite a learning curve, the support team is highly commended for their responsiveness and assistance.

We use this app for selling classes for which it works very well. Whenever I have had problems getting something set up, the customer support has been excellent and quick to reply, even helping when the issue has been on the Shopify side.

We have accommodations on the same site and I did have to make a work around when we wanted to vary room rates between weekends and weekdays (solution: price at $0 and invoice manually after booking or 52 create manual discounts in Shopify every year) but this is for a small side business and it is a big ask to expect any one app to fulfill all needs.

We have been using BTA for appox 3 years for our onsite Cooking Classes - While the app has been solid and easy to use - the customer support is without a doubt the best team I have ever experienced. We are always able to connect via chat immediately and the support we get goes above and beyond our expectations.
Most recently Joao quickly resolved an issue we were having and then took the time to add a function for our store that enables us to increase bookings. This was something that we had been struggling with for a while and he created a solution for us that is a game changer! We have worked with Joao, D'Angelo and the rest of the team no matter who you get on chat - they are smart, extremely helpful and pleasent. Thank you for building a team that truly helps businesses thrive.

We're a small business in the UK and have used BTA for around 4 years, since we started ticketing our events for Covid. Having tried various other ticketing systems, there's no question that BTA plugged into Shopify has been the most efficient and cost effective solution for us. Unlike other apps, you get the sense that the team behind BTA are genuinely good developers and the support is excellent - they're very responsive when you need help. Would recommend to anyone.

We've been using BTA for years as a reliable resource for registrations for our weekly art classes. It's very easy to manage bookings through the website and see daily and monthly bookings at a glance. D'Angelo provided A+ customer support today helping us navigate an issue we were having and got us all set up on a new plan.

I use BTA for a small business I operate selling skiing and snowboarding day-trips from Long Island, NY to a bunch of ski areas in the Northeastern USA. It's fantastic and I highly recommend it to anyone who needs a booking platform. It's highly customizable and adaptable and can be tailored to suit almost any situation a person can think of. Best of all, when problems arise, their tech support staff is excellent. They're quick to respond, always very friendly and, above all, they know their stuff! They always have an answer to my question and a fix for my problem. I give my highest endorsement to BookThatApp!

Out of all the Reservation apps we have tried this one is the best for the price. The tech support is great! With that said I wish I didn't need to use them as much as I do. Thats the only downer.

I've just launched my first business using Shopify and BTA as my POS and so far, it's been great. The customer service has been outstanding for me, as I've never built or operated a website before and there's a lot to learn. They're quick to respond to my questions and always guide me through the step to solve problems. I recommend this, especially as a beginner!

If you go over your bookings for the month you lose access to EVERYTHING. We have one event this month that pushed us to our limit. I've had this app for over a year and have old pricing. To upgrade I'd have to spend an extra $20/month and wouldn't have the option to downgrade again.
Now that I've hit the limit, the only thing I can see is the upgrade page -- none of our currently appointments that we paid for. I chatted with support and they said I won't have access to anything until the new billing cycle. I asked if I'd be able to just start a new cycle early and they said no. There's also no option to buy extra appointments for the month. They told me the only option is to upgrade.
Hitting my monthly limit and not getting more bookings is fine, but not being able to see the bookings I already paid for in my plan is not acceptable.

Thanks a lot for your feedback! We are sorry to see that you were dissatisfied with your recent interaction with us. We do understand your disappointment, and would like to provide clarity on a few things:

The plan you were on was a legacy version. The updated plan was increased more than once over the years. Also, you were advised that if you were to upgrade to any of the updated plans, you wouldn't have access back to the "Legacy" plan. If the plan no longer exists, then you wouldn't have an option to get back on that plan.

Another thing to add is that you didn't need to change your plan. You could remain on your "Legacy" plan until the new billing cycle starts and your quota is renewed. If you wanted to resume your bookings, you would need to upgrade your plan. But that would mean you wouldn't have access to the "Legacy" plan anymore. We made sure to point that out.

This logic existed but it's the first time you have experienced it since hitting your limit due to the revision of the quota on the "Legacy" plans. The support team had submitted a request to change this logic if possible. This has caught the team's attention, and they will revise the request accordingly.

The billing cycle is renewed every xth day that you subscribed. So, if you subscribed on the 6th of March, then your new billing cycle is on the 6th of April. Asking us to shorten your billing cycle for a month or forcing the start of the next cycle is not possible for us to do. Especially, given that Shopify handles the billing, not us.

If the option existed, we would have provided it to you in a heartbeat 🙂. We have this added to our feature request list and we are hoping that it's something that we can implement this year. Until then, the only option there is to renew your quota ASAP is to upgrade.

As mentioned earlier, we do hope to change the way that this logic is applied. Until then, you can reach out to the support team for assistance with retrieving your reports or any additional information you may want/need.
