I used this app to book pottery wheel experiences / instruction for our Shopify store. I feel like the interaction with this app will be a game changer for our events. I especially appreciated the help desk support. Very fast turn around from professionals that were kind and polite. (wow when does that happen any more)... We highly recommend this app and the support that comes with it:)

We run a swimming pool for dogs and needed a booking system. We tried them all. After months of messing around with other apps we paid them to install the app on our site. OMG talk about customer service! The app has been flawless and has taken just over 7k in bookings so far. Trust me when I say. I set my classes up, the install team was worth every cent as they pulled everything together. I would definitely recommend getting the pro install. Our company is busy, all the time. Though I know why booking is important and how to create and manage bookings with pen and paper: I lack the technical skill in applying this knowledge it by way of writing code! Rob was super helpful and responsive throughout the whole process performed his work with efficiency.

I was very happy to find an application to book appointments that are simple and to the point.

I would like to thank Alex at bookthatapp he responded to my questions quickly as I'm in Australia and he is most likely in the Sates. My issue was mainly in the codes which I have very little experience in that field.

After a long research of Apps BookThatApp was the best choice. It is perfectly integrated into the shop and the customer stays during his whole journey in the shop and doesn't have to bounce to another website with other payment methods. So this is in my opinion the best and easiest way to integrate class-/event-tickets into your shop. Highly recommendable is the support -> they helped me out very quick and did a great job!
