The App itself is very easy to set up and use. I've used other apps and this one has impressed me the most, and given me the ability to customize almost everything for our store. The BTA team is incredible to work with. I've ran into issues twice so far, that the BTA team was very quick to respond and were able to address the problems.
We have used BTA for over 3 years and it's the only booking app we have ever used. Simple to set-up and very good interface on the customer side and on the store side. Customer support is extremely responsive and any issues are quickly resolved.
