I canceled this app in September and I am still getting charged.

Lester here from Booster SEO Tier 2 Support. I’m truly sorry to hear about your experience, and I appreciate you taking the time to share this feedback.
I reviewed our previous support interaction and saw that you reached out two months ago regarding canceling your plan, but the chat ended before our team was able to provide full guidance. Due to Shopify’s security policies, app developers and support teams are unable to cancel, subscribe, or switch plans on a merchant’s behalf. To stop charges, merchants must switch to the Free plan within the app or uninstall the app entirely. Also, all billing charges are handled directly and automatically through Shopify’s billing system, not by Booster SEO directly.
That said, we absolutely want to make this right for you. I’ve sent you an email so we can discuss the situation further and work toward a resolution together. We truly value your experience and want to ensure you’re fully supported.

Isn't clear upfront that it adds code to the site which is not trivial to remove safely.

We understand how concerning it can be to discover code changes in your store, especially when they’re unexpected. While Booster SEO does apply certain on-site optimizations to improve SEO performance, these changes are safe, non-destructive, and fully revertible. That said, we recognize that this behavior could have been communicated more clearly, and we're actively working to improve that.

didn't work, there's no tags in my images...
Totally waste of time. No alt text changed at all. Firstly installed and deleted about 2 years ago. But I had a bad memory and reinstalled it yesterday. Deleted for the second time.
All the time its asking to leave a review. The developer need to spend time in developing an app that works and not just linking every click to review tab. It does nothing apart from asking you to leave a review
I was asked to rate this app before any images were synced or before I could actually ascertain what the app does.
crap. will not install until you leave a review and then it will not install if the review is not 54 stars. just deleted the app

The SEO for Blog does not function properly plus there is complete luck of any customer service. I've been trying to communicate with them for over two weeks now with no luck. For the app that cost $20 I think that's just unacceptable. Very unprofessional.
