May be good if your existing SEO work is terrible, but after spending the last 1-2 years working on SEO, this app destroyed all my hard work and my store is now not showing at the top of google image search results. I have spent the last few hours trying to rectify it to so far no avail. I'm feeling devastated. I did the 1 week free trial and deleted the app as I noticed no positive difference in my search rankings or site traffic.
I can't believe this would automatically change all of my alt tags without even contacting me or asking me first!!! I sent an email to customer service about the alt tags and if it would mess up my site and was waiting for a response when it automatically changes all of my alt tags!! This is so many hours, days, weeks maybe even a month of time that I worked on to customize my alt tags and have to redo everything because of this horrible feature (AN APP SHOULD NEVER AUTOMATICALLY CHANGE YOUR ENTIRE SITE WITHOUT PERMISSION) and POOR COMMUNICATION! Why did they not tell me this when I emailed them CLEARLY my concern, 5 days before they wiped all of my data. This literally made me break down in defeat. I can't believe how much of my hard work is gone.
Worst App ever!!! Crashed my whole website and I had no sales for 3 days! I tried to contact them several times. They don't care about their customers!
Now they finally get back to me after a 1-Star review.. Still this almost destroyed my business. I had to hire someone to fix my page. $250 lost with this App. Thanks
Hi there - I'm so sorry to hear about the hassle here :-( I've just reached out via email to try and address the problem in more detail. Our app only interacts with the head portion of your theme and has many fallbacks in place to prevent any issues from arising - this sounds like an unrelated issue but I'm more than happy to take a look of course. Can't get app to work, doesn't work!! Who can fix these app's? Is anyone reading these messages? Hello
Unfortunately this app did not work at all for me. After two days still no image Alt text had been changed. So I triggered it again, still not working after a Week no Image alt text changed. I would understand that it takes a bit and slowly get this images done one by one but not non in an entire week seems useless. Also no feedback from support chat. I contacted them 3 times over 4 days. I was looking forward to use this App as it looks good and promised a lot, but then I got extremely disappointed.
I am on the trial currently and i am having the most difficult time with this app.
Reasons:
* Since the trial started last week, I have wasted DAYS inputting the same information on the same products as the app doesn't seem to want to save my details as it keeps on giving multiple error messages and plus when I compare the details which shopify has, for example 'Meta Description' it hasn't picked up the Booster app Meta Description which it is supposed to
* I keep on getting an error which says:
'Looks like there is another SEO app installed, causing conflicts with your theme files. We can fix this for you in one click. ' along with a button which says along the lines of 'We can fix this just click here' which I subsequently did and then I get another error message which says ' Looks like there was an issue updating this. Our team has been alerted and are on it ' Now during the week I was clicking on this button multiple times and no-one reached out to me providing an update on this issue until I sent them an email on 31st October last week. This goes to show there was no initiative in keeping the customer up to date unless the customer contacted them first, which is ridiculous
Overall feeling about this app:
Honestly for me this app hasn't done it's job and the time wasted on the app I could of just done this in shopify instead and everything would of been done by now. What annoys me if that that that they only gave a week trial knowing that depending on how much items you have on your store it would take days, which is not enough for me to evaluate if this app is good or not. I am not happy paying for this app which is not working properly.

Just started the Pro Trial and there are no options to cancel the subscription. Its not what I was looking for.
