Our engineering team is still actively investigating and working to resolve the isolated issue that you're experiencing. However, due to its unique and complex nature, it has taken longer than expected to implement a fix. I want to assure you that we are fully committed to resolving this as soon as possible and we have been taking steps to ensure that no affected stores are charged while we work on a solution. For those who may have been billed, we’ve promptly processed refunds or account credits to make things right.
