Hmmmm...where do I start?

This app is one of the best apps on the Shopify app store simply because I don't have to spend as much time on as 'raw' SEO or spend $1000's on hiring a team! As an incredibly busy person, this app solves that problem! Furthermore, I also don't have to spend as much time if I was to do the SEO by myself, as the app does the heavy lifting for me!

Finally, thanks a lot to Izzy and Pat escalating my issue to the Tier 2 team, who were able to get to the bottom of, and resolve, my issues within due time!

Really impressed with the app so far. Super easy to use and also gives simple actionable steps to help improve your site further. I recently asked a question to their customer service department, and Rain was fantastic. Not only did Rain help with my query quickly, but also proactively gave some small tips for my store, so I left learning a lot more than I had initially thought and feeling super happy!

Alex is a superstar! She quickly answered my questions and took care of my request. Great experience, great customer service, and super positive and charming attitude. With support like this, you actually feel comfortable signing up for their paid plans, knowing that there will be someone to assist with the best of service. I've seen other products' customer service, and the product may be very good, but Customer Service makes you not want to take a chance because of their really bad attitude or service.

The support was amazing. I didn't have to wait long to have a live chat with Jon. He answered all of my questions and even shared a link to save on my subscription for the first year. This will give me an opportunity to see how much of a difference this app makes. I can't wait to see.
