EDIT: After talking with support it seems like everything is back working as it should and there was a lot of bulk changes made. I was given a two year free subscription as a remedy which I was happy to take. Customer support was quite prompt once I left the review and fairplay to Lester for making this situation right.
Much like other reviewers, I have been using this app for a long time and letting it run in the background thinking everything was working fine. I then checked the reports to see that features like Image optimiser, Image Alt tags, Image Renames have not logged any changes in over a year. I reached out to support, they told me that the app had not been live on the theme but they updated it. Checked back three days later, still no updates on the features mentioned above. Support assured me it was just the reporting that was broken but I checked image properties like Alt tags and file size and there were no changes made by the app. It looks like they are experiencing issue with their app and customers have been absorbing the cost but not the benefits. Dissappointed and I will be looking on the app store for an alternative.

Based on my initial review, it did appear to be a reporting issue, but I’ve since escalated this to our Tier 2 and engineering teams for a deeper investigation and fix.

The customer service was good, friendly and encouraging and also the free plan is a big plus.
But being that this is an SEO app I was disappointed that a monthly estimate of expected monthly search traffic was not available as one would think an SEO company would have access to those metrics.

Gradually learning how this whole thing works. Takes some time to get used to but it's going well so far.

Great Support by Alex, and the automation is wonderful. I have tried several SEO packages and none of them take care of as many problems as Booster. Also most packages will force you to use separate app for Image compression.
