I never write reviews, and especially about unistalling an app.
This app had some great features but I ended up switching to another app. However, after switching, there was leftover code on my shopify store and I was required to redownload the app to get them to remove it. It doesn't sound like a good thing, but they were incrediably nice and understanding of it. Even though I was not giving them anything, they still helped me out to remove it. Thank you!

Okay, so setting up this app couldn't have been easier, so far. I am still to see the difference it has on my store while surfing from a different device. However, I also want to leave a positive review for Rain, who I ended up chatting with, who was a huge assistance to me. He offered me everything you would expect from customer service, such as speed and politeness; yet, he went a step further and was helpful on various other levels, in addition to offering me advice and other solutions that may be of use to me.
