So far so good! This app does have a lot on one, which saves millions of hours of work and is what I was looking for! And most importantly, when a small issue/confusion arose regarding the plans, customer service were very quick to go above and beyond fixing it! Many bad reviews on this app clearly were made without fully understanding or testing how the app works, and without going to them first for help. They will have your back if anything happens, 100% recommended.

The program is easy to operate. The difficult part was thinking of what words we wanted to use! Once decided, we saved the template, started the program and off it went! Program updates automatically once a week to snag all of the new items that you've entered. Pretty nice program all around. Who even knew there was such a thing as alt tags? Thanks for helping me with my learning curve!
