not sure I just downloaded and synced

So far so good. Easy to install, easy to set up, easy to use, hopefully the sales will start rolling in.
Good and fast support even if I didn't want to use the App they helped me find a solution to my problem. You have to use the App's chat.

We sent you an email so that we can further assist you with your concern. Also, kindly install the app again so that we can troubleshoot the issue. We also have 24/7 chat support, you can find the Chat icon on the lower right corner once you are on the app's Dashboard page.
Also, if you are referring to the visual element of your site, please note that our app does not modify anything visible in your site's theme. It adds SEO data to your site's code, but the visual elements of your site are totally untouched by our app. The image compression in our app's Premium plan lowers the file size of your images, but it does not visibly change images.
Lastly, please note that uBlock addon is a browser extension, our app doesn't add or have anything to do with browser extensions.

Lester was amazing in helping me complete the registration process as well as helping me add an icon on the tab so that way people could find my shop in multiple tabs. I will be coming to him for all of my needs on this app if I can. Great customer service and did a fantastic job!!
