DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP. It will destroy your store. It changed all the links for my products and caused
broken links. When i contacted them about it i was told the app should not of done that and someone will contact me.right away. 2 days later they emailed me and said there is nothing they can do. So many better apps out there. Don’t risk your store.

Our app actually has the "Revert all" button that can revert all the changes it made with your product URLs.
Please note that URL Optimization is a technique/process under which we optimize the URL structure of a website page in order to make the web page more understandable for search engine crawlers. Our URL optimization feature will change the URL of a product based on its product title. Because it changes the URL, if you have customers that have saved the previous URL and tried to access it, then it will lead to a 404 page or broken link. When a URL appears in Broken Links, it does not necessarily come from a broken link on your site. It just means that someone tried to visit that URL on your site, but there is no page for that URL - this is kinda expected if we will optimize a URL or change it, which is what URL Optimization does.
Often the old links/URLs are on an entirely different site, which is the case if you used them for backlinks, which will also lead to 404 pages if you changed the URL.
Whatever the cause of a broken link, no harm is done to your SEO as long as the nonexistent page has a redirect to an existing page on your site—and our app takes care of that automatically with our broken links redirect feature. 👍

This app makes some big claims, but in truth, it has not lived up to any of them. Since moving from another SEO app I have seen a drop in website visits, my website speed has not changed. When I reached out for help I received no reply. Can I please request a refund. I would no recommend this app, there are better ones out there that are cheaper, and easier to set up. They also offer better support. Please refund and if there is a problem, fix it.

I have actually seen a drop in my ranking and when I asked for help I was ignored. Until this app is set up properly I am not willing to pay for it and I am requesting a full refund. I will be uninstalling the app if no one gets back to me with a fix soon. Please process the refund of any money paid so far as I am not happy at all.

I have sent a few messages asking for support/help but have never received a response. Terrible support/customer service.
Totally waste of time. No alt text changed at all. Firstly installed and deleted about 2 years ago. But I had a bad memory and reinstalled it yesterday. Deleted for the second time.
HORRIBLE customer service. They take forever to email back. Had major issues with this app did not work at all.
Absolutely terrible.
Changed the product headline of an item to a completely different item and description of the same item to INCLUDE a FREE item that is not and has never been offered with that item. Gladly I spotted this early - otherwise I could have ended up with a lawsuit!
Now I have to also waste my time reverting the product description to its previous - now deleted - one.
Terrible!
How will you compensate me for this?
I downloaded this app two days ago. I chose the largest/highest cost plan and implemented it. Everything was going fine until I looked at the app this morning and it was trying to charge me for two plans- the middle and the highest cost. I declined because I am not going to pay twice. I do, however, like the app. I hate wasting creative time for constant updating and Google and and and. SO I deleted the app with plans of re-downloading it so I can choose the plan I want. Unfortunately, I was presented with no way to decline only the middle plan. It was pay for two plans or decline two plans. Now, the app won't re-download - period. The url screams at me that I DECLINED the payment - YES - of two plans. If this is fixable, I'm interested. (Please add a way to contact you that isn't a rating. Seems rather curious to me.)

Just to add some color to this issue, it sounds like a hiccup occured in the Shopify app billing where the charge was 'stuck' and appeared as though there were two charges when there was only one. Usually this resolves itself within 48 hours when your account status is updated on Shopify’s end.

It looks like a problem occurred when trying to access the app after declining a subscription or after choosing to upgrade or start a free trial. Sometimes hiccups like this occur when the system fails to update a store’s status. The issue is now resolved, and our team is happy to help with anything related to configuration or setup with the SEO app. We've sent you an email regarding this and hope to hear back from you very soon!
Just start, ask for payment.
Sincerely I would prefer to test and pay later.
In case it does not perform, or I decide to use other solution.
Then how do I go back ?
Since I have a lot of products, I needed this to work, but it never did. Did not add any alt tags to photos. What a waste of time.
