The app initially was great but then later found out it was interfering with a lot of coding and not allowing functions to work correctly.
After uninstalling the app, there is still code left of my website and have had no help from the Booster team to get rid of it - only a generic video that is not suitable - It has now been a few weeks with no resolution.

I'm sorry to hear that your traffic has dropped recently after installing our app. The purpose of our app is to improve your SEO (and therefore your traffic and sales) over time.
However, I checked and noticed you had activated the paid features that have our SEO improvements about a week ago. Something to note is that any changes due to our app cannot have had any effect on your traffic or sales at this point. SEO improvement is a gradual, long-term process because of how Google and other search engines work.
It takes Google up to several weeks to update its listings of your pages, so changes from the app do not immediately appear in Google results.
It takes even longer for SEO to start making an impact on your site traffic and sales: 4 to 6 months on average, because of how search engines track SEO.
So any changes due to our app cannot have had any effect on your traffic or sales at this point.
We would like to help you in your SEO journey using our app and turn around your overall experience. I have followed up with an email to you personally and we are looking forward to hearing from you.

I cant finish the stup cuz apps.shopify.com rejected the installation.

I am a paid customer. It's been 2 weeks but I still can't find my products on google. I believe there is a broken link or something, 2 emails sent but no reply. Please contact me.
free version...nothing is free. Even if you manage to do some changes manually, they go away once you uninstall.

I've read your recent feedback about our app and apologize for the confusion.
Our app's Free version is limited to one feature only: optimizing image alt tags or alt-text(bits of image-related code) so that your product images are ranked higher on Google Images.
Also, I want to clarify that uninstalling the app doesn't remove the alt-text/tags added by our app's free version, those will be permanent since our app has access to your image alt tags/text on your Shopify admin.
To further explain this, we have gone ahead and sent you an email.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP. It will destroy your store. It changed all the links for my products and caused
broken links. When i contacted them about it i was told the app should not of done that and someone will contact me.right away. 2 days later they emailed me and said there is nothing they can do. So many better apps out there. Don’t risk your store.

Our app actually has the "Revert all" button that can revert all the changes it made with your product URLs.
Please note that URL Optimization is a technique/process under which we optimize the URL structure of a website page in order to make the web page more understandable for search engine crawlers. Our URL optimization feature will change the URL of a product based on its product title. Because it changes the URL, if you have customers that have saved the previous URL and tried to access it, then it will lead to a 404 page or broken link. When a URL appears in Broken Links, it does not necessarily come from a broken link on your site. It just means that someone tried to visit that URL on your site, but there is no page for that URL - this is kinda expected if we will optimize a URL or change it, which is what URL Optimization does.
Often the old links/URLs are on an entirely different site, which is the case if you used them for backlinks, which will also lead to 404 pages if you changed the URL.
Whatever the cause of a broken link, no harm is done to your SEO as long as the nonexistent page has a redirect to an existing page on your site—and our app takes care of that automatically with our broken links redirect feature. 👍

This app makes some big claims, but in truth, it has not lived up to any of them. Since moving from another SEO app I have seen a drop in website visits, my website speed has not changed. When I reached out for help I received no reply. Can I please request a refund. I would no recommend this app, there are better ones out there that are cheaper, and easier to set up. They also offer better support. Please refund and if there is a problem, fix it.

I have actually seen a drop in my ranking and when I asked for help I was ignored. Until this app is set up properly I am not willing to pay for it and I am requesting a full refund. I will be uninstalling the app if no one gets back to me with a fix soon. Please process the refund of any money paid so far as I am not happy at all.

I have sent a few messages asking for support/help but have never received a response. Terrible support/customer service.
Totally waste of time. No alt text changed at all. Firstly installed and deleted about 2 years ago. But I had a bad memory and reinstalled it yesterday. Deleted for the second time.
