I had not done any SEO, so my site was a clean slate. The app worked very well and continues to do more than I expect. If you have done a lot of your own SEO, you should check with their techs before letting the app take over and, possibly, redo some or all of your work. But, if you're a newby like me, it's slick! Both thumbs up!

Does exactly what you need it to do(I'd also recommend their website booster. It's completely free and sped my website up drastically!) Staff members are delightful which is always a bonus.
