I just got off customer support chat with Yaci, she was super helpful. Gave me the information I needed straightaway. Had a look at the store, suggested changes and offered help were needed. I am going with three stars (originally 2) simply because their chat support tried to help. I have been using this SEO app for sometime and my SEO has gotten worse. I find out my meta descriptions are 249 or more and not 160 or less. I have the app controlling all of this. Needless to say I will be shopping for a new SEO app immediately. Tier 2 support is going to look at my site but they need time to review. This app made me feel great like every thing was going well, only to find out it is in fact not..

This app is a total scam, they charge you $25 right away and it is not free 14 day trial. They do not refund the money back even if you cancel the app within two days. Stay away from this app is a total scam.

We’d like to clarify that our app offers a free plan, and paid plans are only activated when a user manually approves the upgrade through Shopify’s billing screen. Once a charge is approved, Shopify handles all billing and fund transfers.
After receiving your email, our team responded promptly requesting a copy of the invoice so we could validate and process your refund. However, it looks like the message may not have been seen on your end.
That said, we’ve already gone ahead and processed a full refund for the $24.99 charge as a courtesy. We’ve also sent a confirmation email with a screenshot of the refund transaction for your reference. If you experience any delays, Shopify Support can assist, as they handle the settlement process.
We’re here if you need anything else and truly regret that your experience didn’t reflect the standard of service we aim for.

I've been waiting for almost half a year now on an update while the app isn't working. The people keep telling me things will be alights, but they won't. The product is outdated and doesn't work on my theme.

Came Here to Verify my Store In Chat, Izzy jumped in there quickly and with enthusiasm, She was very Happy to help me and made sure to ask if she could do anything else for me at the moment.
