i uninstalled this app to use another and was still charged 24.99 on my shopify bill. I uninstalled before the trial period ended and did not sign up for any pro plan... i want refunded

I used the app to help add Alt text to my images. It would be nicer if I'm allowed to use the app a little more before being asked to add a review.

Worst ever it 'fixed' image alts that didn't need fixing and removed all the titles of every product by the name of my store. If you want to search for a fountain, the picture should link to a fountain when you point at it and not to a decor store, which we have millions of them online. I am now facing to replace my image alt one by one with the title of the products, 600 products, about 1000 images. Thank you so much for nothing. I suppose if I pay you, you will 're-fix' them for me

just took me 2 clicks and i had 100s of alt img optimized, it would have taken manually hours!

Getting an error apps.shopify.com refused to connect. Not sure if the app even complete doing what it was intended to do

Super easy to use! Reviewed after using the tool to optimise my images. Not sure about the rest but if its as quick, then im happy!

The app is good enough but in terms of managing your subscription plan, It's not great. It is way to easy to let the subscription fee roll over while it being difficult to understand how to cancel your plan if you are not prepared to cover the cost. This is particularly true for my situation as I was not prepared to even launch when I was billed a heft sum in my local currency (SA Rand)
