I have to be completely honest, I'm very new to running my online store and I'm trying to learn on the fly. The, hands-down, BEST service I have EVER received came from EJ with Booster SEO. I clicked to verify my store and the chat popped up, he handled the whole verification process in the background WHILE, in the foreground, checking out my store and giving me tips and tricks on how to clean it up and fix little quirks that have been bugging me since I opened it.
Seriously cannot commend the service enough, even though I don't quite understand what all this SEO is doing... YET. Give EJ a raise or I will riot.

The application is not working. Contacted support, they told me to wait 48 hours. Everything is still not resolved. After many days of contact, the answer was still mechanical. I approved the 69 usd per month plan. Ridiculous. Lots of good reviews for the app. But am I not the only user? Cheap.

The delay is due to factors like the queue of other accounts syncing, the number of products in a store, and Shopify's server load. This is an isolated issue, and the rest of the app's features are functioning properly.
