the app was very easy to set up. I am very new to e-commerce, and this one kept recurring in reviews as a must have
I used this app to help me optimise my SEO, IT'S AMAZING thus far.

I couldn't even set up the app as it would not let me continue on after adding it to my Shopify store. Then I come to find out there is no support for the app who can help me through this issue. What a waste of time. I'm sure it's a great app, but I couldn't experience that.

I used this app to update all the alt text for the images in less than two minutes, I really recommend it

Not sure yet but i am hopefull. i believe that i understand what it supposed to do. Now, I am hoping that it does just that.
didn't work, there's no tags in my images...
I am first time user to the app and have not had enough time to provide an experienced review. However Trish from customer support was extremely helpful, a great introduction to using the app if this is the benchmark.
I just downloaded the app, so I can't say how much I like it just yet (hence the 3 stars). However, the rep I spoke with, Vicky, helped me with my initial questions. She took her time to find the answer to my question, so she could provide accurate information.
