Everything seems smooth at first sight and that might be the reason for them begging the rating just after installing the app. Developing SEO is not a quick and easy app installation it takes time to see the results. No one from the support is replying to requests. Im so pissed to my self for investing time to this app.

Didn't do what it's supposed to. worked on adding alt text which is the free function but the paid for functions didn't work. Contacted support still waiting for a answer

I see that our support team already sent you a collab request to further check the problem, we would love to turn around your experience if you could please respond to the request we sent and re-install the app.

Excelent app for my store, was missing out on extra traffic through alt tags! thank you guys!
It works well. I'm impressed. Compared with other apps that just told us whats wrong, this guys put their hands on dirt and do everything automatically for you.
i love it works fast and easy just anybody can do it and its FREE!!! cant get much better then this :)

Excellent customer service, replies to inboxes in seconds and extremely friendly, for a second I thought I was texting my friend :D, as for the App i'm still yet to explore it but i'm certain it will meet my expectations.
Would definitely NOT recommend is you want a reliable app. Support is horrible. This is the 5th day that I am trying to have my issue solved as my products are not synching . (I changed product titles and now the links are not matching). Support is not responding. They only replied me with one email asking where the screenshot is. I have sent the screenshot and replied to it many times. Yet no response again. They will leave you just like that. Useless app if no caring support. This is almost like Scam. By the way you keep on saying that you sent me email but your answer is very outdated because I keep on replying to your last sent but then you never reply. Delayed or no support. Unprofessional childish company
