If I could give no stars I would. Horrible app, horrible customer service, I messaged the 3 weeks ago with a problem & was told they would look into it and get back to me....never did. I sent 5 more emails with no response. Seo was not working properly so I removed app and all their code. Now Seo works great. I had upgraded to 19.99 per month version, even after I uninstalled app I received charge. I am told I have to contact developer for refund. Told Shopify they don’t respond. Try Seo ranger they are better & great customer service & response time.

App doesn't work. I emailed for support and they said because it is free that they don't offer support and to read the FAQ's. FAQ's didn't have anything in it.
We first ran in to issues when compressing out store images (it got stuck at about half way) - this was resolved by the dev team within a few days.
Unfortunately we then ran in to a similar issue when renaming the alt tags of our images, it wasn't clear which images had been renamed and which hadn't andthe ap seemed to get stuck in a constant loop. We reached out to support who were particuarly unhelpful this time, however they did say we could have a refund.
We've since emailed the support team requesting a refund, we haven't had a reply, wouldn't recommend.

I am so sorry that you encountered issues with our app. We did manage to fix the image compression issue but we didn't manage to get a chance to look into your image alt text issue, if you could reinstall the app we can definitely look into it. We will contact you on the existing support ticket that you have with us.
Regarding the refund, I am afraid we can only issue refunds if it was already paid, however, since the charge is still unpaid, only Shopify can reverse this charge. We have gone ahead and sent a request to Shopify to reverse the charge, we will provide you an update as soon as we receive one from them.
We want to turn around your experience with our app which is why we will look forward to your response to the email we will send you.

DO NOT USE THE URL OPTIMIZER - IT MIXED ALL MY URL'S AND MY SITE WAS SHUT DOWN FOR 8 HOURS. I HAD TO RE-CODE EACH URL AND THIS APP ADDED MANY DIGITS TO THE NEW URL'S. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
I do not write a review at all since this app ruined my store and deleted the pictures in my store while It tried to sync. SO DO NOT DOWNLOAD IT IS THE WORST!
No support and no reply?! it's so difficult to use and I can't see any changes when I google homepage
The only action I could find, using the free version to test before I spend, was my alt text. This app deleted my accessibility alt text, and replaced it with the title of the product. On every picture, on every product. Not only did this action make my site less accessible to those with vision impairments or cognitive disabilities, my pics are now redundant in the eyes of web crawlers. They claim they saved me $135.
Worst app ever. Waited for 10 days, and no ALT changes on my images. The were supposed to put all the ALT text on my images on friday, but never happened.
asking for a review before i tried it. now i have o use a 100 characters but am unsure what to yet as i have no yet tried it
DO NOT BLINDLY RUN THIS APP IF YOU ARE NOT FAMILIAR WITH SEO! So many elements of the website are now broken and overridden. It's basically like building the site from scratch again in terms of linking, descriptions, etc. — Site Developer
