Had to remove it seems to work at first but turns into a ghost app and the last 5 months all my alts have been ruined , so just cancelled and hopefully they will cancel the re-occurring charge. Guys you need to fix this App!

I get a offer for 21$ lifetime pro month and 21 days trial accepted it i still in the free plan and of course i spoke with the service and thy said this was a small problem that will be soon resolved i said ok is december but i can wait
after 5 days i asked again and they said you have to wait more days and my trial was going this made me mad but they said they will give me the 21 days back
so after 10 days i asked if now the probllem is resolved and they said i have to wait and they are working really hard for it
after 2 weeks i was upset and said this is taking to long and everytime you say i have to wait so after 21 days and after the trial was gone and the PROBLEM still they charged me 31$ and i was DISPLAYED as FREE PLAN
i spoked really angry and they said i have to disinstall the app and they will refund me and i did now they are saying i have to wait
but i am not stupid i go to my lawyer and contact shopify and the bank to not give them the money

So far I am not impressed with this app. Ive tried several times and I cant even seem to get past this page.
If you want to fail with your business, make sure you have this application. I installed paid version, and this application did nothing for 2 months accept for alt tags which are a free option any way. Their autopilot version is not for Goolge shopping. You will need to go again all over your items and fix them mannually after such "wonderful" service. Moreover, I removed this application month ago, and they continue to charge me with this billing period. Horrible service. I want my money back.
As a 14-year SEO, I've used many utilities for my own personal sites as well as for my clients. I had done in-depth research prior to suggesting this application to my client, this seemed to have been the best. However, I've experienced a series of failures on behalf of the team of Booster. Image compression only gets done one day out of the week, and as of now, my client has yet to get image compression done, even after many, many emails back and forth with the company. Many promises were made, but none were kept. My client depends on my work and my suggestions, and when a company I put faith in drops the ball, my agency's reputation is on the line. I've done my best to work with them on a number of related issues, but none have worked out. All these glam reviews you see are mostly from someone's "chat experience", and not the experience from the utility itself. I have had to work many hours each week to compensate for the lackluster utility, will be removing it the moment I get my client's site perfect again, within days. Lastly, do not use the URL optimization tool. This will create all new URLs and redirects. I never touched it, nor will I ever. Charges for an app that has been uninstalled prior to the renewal date. We signed up for the free tester of this app, which we deleted a few days later as it was not what we required at the time. Ie the free trail was still in use.
Low and behold, we have been billed for a month worth of usage which is completely wrong and unethical. Please tell Shopify users that your "free" means that you will have to pay for something you did not utilize month-end.
Very disappointed and all credibility is now lost for your app for us to even consider signing up in the future.
Please be very careful with this one.

I read your recent app store review and we are very to sorry to hear about not seeing any results from our app. 😔
So our app applies its SEO improvements right away to your site's code, but the whole SEO process is longer (getting higher search engine rankings, and eventually increased traffic). Here are a few things to keep in mind:
It can take Google up to several weeks to index your site's new information, so you won't immediately see changes from the app in Google search results. However, you may be able to speed up the process by following Google's official recommendations for requesting your site to be recrawled (updated in Google results).
It takes even longer than that for SEO to start making a significant impact on your site traffic and sales: 4 to 6 months on average. This is not due to our app being slow, but it's because of how Google and other search engines track SEO. SEO is definitely a long-term effort.
How high up your site appears in Google search results is impossible to control directly, since Google is the one who determines that by taking into account hundreds of factors, including off-page SEO that humans (not apps) must do, such as backlinks from other sites to your pages. For best results, make sure you work on off-page SEO while our app takes care of your on-page SEO.

The app is easy to use but it only added alt text to some of my product pictures, most of the pictures they did not do. I thought it was a timing and queue issue but it has been one day and most of the pictures still aren't updated. Will be looking for another app.
Takes advance payment but fails to provide premium service if you cancel your subscription 3 weeks before the next billing cycle. So essentially paying for a service they can not provide!
