I just saw your review and wanted to reach out to apologize for the issue you encountered. I understand that the app is unable to translate the meta tags to the selected language of your site.

I reviewed the issue, and I can see that the app is able to adapt or translate the meta tags to whatever language is selected on your site. Just to clarify, the app doesn't have its own translation, but it should follow whatever language is displayed on the site itself. The app works fine and displays the meta tags in whatever language is selected on the home, product, and collection pages of your site, and it looks like it is only not working on your blog pages.

We'd be happy to look further into this and escalate it to our devs if needed. In order to do that, we’ll need collaborator access to your shop, so we’ve sent you a collaborator request to your Shopify admin.

We've sent you an email regarding the collab request, and we will wait for your response there so that we can proceed with the investigation.

Regarding traffic growth, please note that SEO is a long-term strategy and initial meaningful results typically take around 4–6 months to develop, and sometimes longer depending on your industry and competition. Results can also fluctuate along the way, so it’s best to evaluate SEO performance over a longer period rather than short-term traffic changes.

After reviewing your store, we confirmed that the recent AI generation issue was caused by a temporary issue with our OpenAI integration that only began within the last day, and our engineering team is already working on a fix. We also reviewed the other concerns you raised regarding Bing and Google Webmaster Tools. Many of the reported warnings, such as HTTP warnings, missing alt text on theme assets, long titles, and H1 notices, are informational reports generated by those platforms and are not necessarily an indication that the app has failed to optimize your store, as they do not take into account the purpose or context of the pages being analyzed. We’ve provided a more detailed explanation of these reports in our previous message. That said, if you could provide a few sample URLs for each type of warning, I'd be happy to review them individually and provide a more detailed explanation of what each report is referring to specifically.

Additionally, we checked your Google Search Console data and confirmed that your store continues to show healthy growth in search impressions over recent weeks, indicating that Google is continuing to crawl and surface your content in search results.

We know this doesn’t change the fact that you’ve experienced issues in the past few months, and we appreciate you bringing them to our attention. Our intention has never been to hide problems by running re-syncs, but rather to apply the safest troubleshooting steps available while we investigated the underlying cause.
