Booxi has been a fantastic partner for us. The team truly cares, they’re easy to reach, and I really appreciate being able to meet with them in person when needed. We were using Calendly before, but switching to Booxi gave us a much more professional solution that integrates directly into our website and supports the growth of our piercing business.
They were able to adapt the platform to match our brand aesthetic, remove several friction points our customers were experiencing with our old system, and make the entire booking process much more seamless for our end consumers. The system is simple to use day‑to‑day, but also powerful enough to handle our more complex business needs. Great reporting, great organization, and overall great service. We’re really happy with the experience.

Nous utilisons Booxi depuis juin 2024 pour la prise de rendez-vous et les consultations en ligne et nous en sommes satisfaits.

L’outil a été simple à intégrer à nos process et le setup initial a été fluide grâce à l’accompagnement de l’équipe Booxi, toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions.

La plateforme est ergonomique et facilite la gestion des rendez-vous. Les notifications par email nous permettent d’être immédiatement informés de chaque nouvelle réservation.

Nous apprécions particulièrement la nouvelle version qui ajuste automatiquement les fuseaux horaires, ce qui est essentiel pour nous puisque la majorité de nos clients est basée aux États-Unis.

En bref, un outil fiable, simple d’utilisation et évolutif qui répond à nos besoins actuels en matière de réservation et de consultation en ligne. Merci à toute l'équipe. Astrid
