First started using this service a couple years ago when my website was getting data scraped from bots 24/7. Most likely coinciding with all the AI training companies were beginning to do. The data scraping wrecked my suggested items widgets, preventing them from popping up. This service immediately eliminated all of those bot visits. The bot visits have slowed down recently so I reached out to customer service to adjust my plan. Kai responded very promptly and was beyond helpful while listening to my concerns about my subscription and website. I'd highly recommend this app if bot protections/prevention is required.

Great app. Looked for an app after Bots kept harrassing my store by placing automated abandoned checkouts, and creating huge spikes in fake traffic from the same locations. After setting up Negate, this was all solved. Good communiation with Taylor, who is always happy to explain or investigate specific issues. Feels so much cleaner having Negate filtering my traffic.
