Every picture has an issue - twisted hands, shortened torsos, head size disproportionate to body - and are nowhere near good enough quality to use on a professional retail website.
Agree with all the feedback above - even as a paying customer they don't respond to you, when they do they can't find you on their system. That's just not good enough. Plus they don't refund your credit for unusable pictures.
The models are all tiny teenagers - with a very limited range on offer.
Not worth it as it takes up too much time and stress. I am discontinuing after only using half my credits.

1. Photo quality issues - We're sorry that our results didn't met your quality standards. We're constantly working on training and improving or AI data models. In addition, we offer a complementary photo fixes service to fix all the mentioned issues and provide you with high quality photos.
2. Customer service - We currently commit to one day response time and we're already working on improving that response time. If you experienced an additional issues while our support team was handling your complaints, we apologize and are already looking into it internally so we can improve the quality of service.
3. Credit refund - We always review complaints about photo quality and if we find them just we always refund credits. We're happy to address any specific cases where you feel this wan't the case.
4. Model appearance and age - We're constantly working on improving our models' quality and how real they look. We plan to invest and add more mature and senior models to represent all audiences.

While the idea is good in practice it didn't work. First it said it would take the 15mins, as it says online to generate an image, Then it went up to 3hrs then 3days! It was a sunday , they did get back to me monday morning and just said it was an error. But thats your credit used and its just not really workable.
Plus all the models look incredibly young, even their oldest who was supposed to be 40 years old , looked 18.

1. The delay in delivery time - All of our images take 15 min and you can batch edit as much as you want. If we find something is wrong with an image, our Not Safe For Work filter is turned on and we send that photo for a manual review which can take up 5 business days depending on your plan. We apologize if this wasn't communicated well enough and we will add clearer explanations for those situations in our app. At the end of the day, this is meant to guarantee you get the best results.

Absolutely the Worst AI Imaging Experience — Avoid at All Costs
Botika AI is hands down the most frustrating and unreliable AI imaging tool I’ve ever used. The service is appalling — not only is the image generation wildly inconsistent (same prompt, different results every time), but even after personally providing clear reference examples to their customer service team, they still couldn’t get it right.
And that’s when you can actually get a response — which you likely won’t. I waited over four days without a single reply to multiple emails during the working week. Zero accountability. Zero follow-up. Just silence.
The platform itself feels broken, chaotic, and completely disconnected from the needs of anyone who wants consistent, usable AI-generated content.
Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this software. There are far better alternatives out there — Flux.ai is miles ahead, cheaper, and actually works. I wish I had done my research before wasting time and money here.
Don’t make the same mistake. Botika AI is a disaster.

In addition, we’re working on the next version of Botika's AI engine, which will dramatically reduce the need for fixes as well as improve their delivery times, further automating a lot of the processes they include. In addition, the credits for these images are 100% refunded.

There is no response.
ETA mentioned in the app is 2 days but we have not heard anything from them for the past 8 days since we first raised the issue with the images.

To be fair, we never charge credits for delayed photo fixes so those photos will be provided to you at no credit cost.

the worst customer service. They charged me without my consent, and they refused to answer my messages. the customer service is awful. not recommending this app.

Scam! Not making changes according to deadline. Do not recommend. Their support is not working. Just not answering.
In the end of the day you just have picture with mistakes in your clothes and with crazy ugly hands.

Regarding the photo issues mentioned - hand detail and clothes imperfections: These are industry wide issues in Generative AI. Occasionally, this is the nature of working with cutting edge technology like ours. To address this, we offer complementary photo corrections and revisions which most of our users find very useful.

The app didn't generate photos and showed an error. They don't have a cancellation form and won't allow you to cancel. When you contact them, they will push you to keep trying the service while they charge you.

Unfortunately, you weren't able to generate photos since you used an heic file format which we don't support. We recommend using jpg, png or webp files only.
We happily approved a full refund even though we don't offer them since we have a free trial which allows you to evaluate if our app is a good fit for your businesses.
Lastly, we are always open to feedback about how we can improve.
We have many happy users with stores similar to yours and we think our product is a great fit for your business.
