Honestly. This app is overall pretty good. HOWEVER, when you have issues, they don't respond to your messages. Sometimes the AI will mess up and it will cost you credits (that are quite expensive) and you won't get anything refunded and the pictures are basically useless. When it does work, it works well. Another complaint that I have is that I used Botika on 2 different stores, however on 1 store I only had a limited selection of male models while on the other I had many more to choose from. On the other store I only have male models that I don't really like and that don't match my brand. So apparently you don't get 'access to ALL models' as they state on their subscription page as I see completely different models on both stores. And when I ask them, I don't get any response. Thinking of quitting my membership because of this. In total I pay approx 130-150 per month to them, so please get back to me!

EDIT:

Updated my review to 5 stars because they got in touch with me and fixed everything! Now all is good and it definitely adds value to my store.

Took me a minute to figure out what kind of base image was suitable for the type of rendering I wanted - I made some mistakes at first. Customer service responded quickly and Avi was great to work with. Tech support is paramount with any app and Botika was amazing. Seems that they are always looking for ways to improve. I would highly recommend this app.

I would not recommend this app. From the beginning, I had nothing but issues. They charged me without giving me the credits I paid for, and trying to get in touch with them about issues is impossible. They owe me money right now and still have not returned any of my emails. Please choose another app. I would not want anyone to go through what I've been through with this app, which is so unprofessional.

We currently offer replies to support inquiries within 1 business day and are considering improving that response time in the future.

With regards to billing, payments and credits, as discussed with you before, Shopify's app billing is a bit complex and at times the charges aren't straightforward.

So far so good, I can see this app getting better and better and if the image isn’t great they work on it and send it back corrected, customer support is very good!

Absolutely amazing! While the beta images still need a little work with words, the production images are unbelievable. This has saved me hundreds of hours and has taken our store to a whole new level.

Botika is an amazing app. The pictures look amazing and very professional. I recommend it to any fashion entrepreneur. Also, the customer service is amazing, they are accommodating with any problem.

Excellent app. Admittedly there were some initial teething problems but support is very responsive and the image results are brilliant (and getting better) Saved us thousands on new photoshoots already. Highly recommended.

Easy to App to work with. The response time for emails was very efficient, within minutes. Fixing errors for the photos is super easy. An amazing app.
