me encanta la aplicacion, seria mucho mejor poder gestionar el tipo de cuerpos gruesos, delgados, altos y pequeños y poder cambiar los colores de la prenda

This App is best in market. I have enjoyed success with our male models. Some of the AI results required revision, however these fixes were completed. I would like to see more female models, particularly options with shorter hair. I would also like to see developments concerning jewellery and accessories. I commend the Support staff for endeavouring to make enhancements.

We'd also like to be fair and address your point one by one:

1. "the App does not work with any detailed clothing or accessories like sunglasses or jewelry" - our FAQ section clearly states that we currently don't support accessories in general including jewelry.

2. "The App does not reveal this to you this up front, only after you have paid and wasted time" - We offer a free trial, to allow users to try out the platform so and understand exactly what their getting when they purchase a licenses to the Botika platform.

3. "For regular clothing, there are too many revisions required and the time delays are too long" - We're the only generative AI platform for fashion that offers multiple revisions included on your plan at no additional cost. We're doing our best to provide them as quickly as possible.

4. "The technical team do not like any feedback... they should offer options with shorter hair" - Quite the opposite. We welcome user feedback and are proud to say our product roadmap is almost entirely built on users request. We accepted your feedback and are working very hard to add more models with various hairstyles as well as more over hairstyle. Expect more later this year on this

5. "Rather than accept my constructive feedback, I was dismissed with an arrogant response" - We apologize if this is the feeling you were left with, but this is never our intent or how we handle our customers. We will review your case again, and make sure we learn from it to improve.

There is no response.
ETA mentioned in the app is 2 days but we have not heard anything from them for the past 8 days since we first raised the issue with the images.

Honestly. This app is overall pretty good. HOWEVER, when you have issues, they don't respond to your messages. Sometimes the AI will mess up and it will cost you credits (that are quite expensive) and you won't get anything refunded and the pictures are basically useless. When it does work, it works well. Another complaint that I have is that I used Botika on 2 different stores, however on 1 store I only had a limited selection of male models while on the other I had many more to choose from. On the other store I only have male models that I don't really like and that don't match my brand. So apparently you don't get 'access to ALL models' as they state on their subscription page as I see completely different models on both stores. And when I ask them, I don't get any response. Thinking of quitting my membership because of this. In total I pay approx 130-150 per month to them, so please get back to me!

EDIT:

Updated my review to 5 stars because they got in touch with me and fixed everything! Now all is good and it definitely adds value to my store.

the worst customer service. They charged me without my consent, and they refused to answer my messages. the customer service is awful. not recommending this app.

It has limited capabilities, but what they do they do great! I can design a skirt with a provider, and upload the picture directly from Shopify to Botika. Then I select the model and the setting, and they give me a photograph that really works! Right now I can't select the accessories the model is wearing, but for now is way better than any alternative. Their support team was super responsive and kind too. Worth their rate. Waiting for more capabilities and children AI-models to give them a full 5!

Took me a minute to figure out what kind of base image was suitable for the type of rendering I wanted - I made some mistakes at first. Customer service responded quickly and Avi was great to work with. Tech support is paramount with any app and Botika was amazing. Seems that they are always looking for ways to improve. I would highly recommend this app.

I would not recommend this app. From the beginning, I had nothing but issues. They charged me without giving me the credits I paid for, and trying to get in touch with them about issues is impossible. They owe me money right now and still have not returned any of my emails. Please choose another app. I would not want anyone to go through what I've been through with this app, which is so unprofessional.

With regards to billing, payments and credits, as discussed with you before, Shopify's app billing is a bit complex and at times the charges aren't straightforward.

In all honesty, we clearly mention in our app's create page that we currently don't support accessories - jewelry, eyewear, headgear, hand bags etc. We also mention it in our FAQ section on our website's homepage.

We chose to focus on clothes only, to offer the best quality we can as quickly as possible. We do plan to add support for eyewear and accessories later this year. Regarding jewelry, this could take longer as it falls under a different category as far as our AI technology is concerned.
