I would not recommend this app. From the beginning, I had nothing but issues. They charged me without giving me the credits I paid for, and trying to get in touch with them about issues is impossible. They owe me money right now and still have not returned any of my emails. Please choose another app. I would not want anyone to go through what I've been through with this app, which is so unprofessional.

With regards to billing, payments and credits, as discussed with you before, Shopify's app billing is a bit complex and at times the charges aren't straightforward.
We'd be happy to address any specific issues and resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

I have to update my review and downgrade my rating significantly. I upgraded my account to PRO earlier this year and am just running out of credits. I have contacted support at least 7 times now and after days of waiting got a generic answer that didn't help at all. The problem is that I paid for a large bulk and to add more I have to upgrade my plan. But the upgrade is charging me the full $800 and not the difference of $250. Plus the rates have gone up so much that $250 doesn't get me much (180 credits). I thought maybe if I cancelled my account I could just open a new pro account with the needed credits ($350 for 360 credits). But NO - when I click cancel account I get an error message telling me to contact support. Which I have and guess what - no response! So now I have a useless app with no credits that I cannot cancel.
I loved this app at first - given it has some of the typical AI glitches where it doesn't exactly understand human anatomy (hands/feet specifically).
Old Review: This app is a game changer - the images look fantastic and very realistic. Very easy to use, reasonably priced and great customer service. I've been using it for a few weeks now and I keep seeing improvements like more models. Sometimes it has issues with hands and feet, but with a quick circle of the issue you resubmit and they make the edits and get them back to you with the issues fixed.

Scam! Not making changes according to deadline. Do not recommend. Their support is not working. Just not answering.
In the end of the day you just have picture with mistakes in your clothes and with crazy ugly hands.

Regarding the photo issues mentioned - hand detail and clothes imperfections: These are industry wide issues in Generative AI. Occasionally, this is the nature of working with cutting edge technology like ours. To address this, we offer complementary photo corrections and revisions which most of our users find very useful.

The app didn't generate photos and showed an error. They don't have a cancellation form and won't allow you to cancel. When you contact them, they will push you to keep trying the service while they charge you.

Unfortunately, you weren't able to generate photos since you used an heic file format which we don't support. We recommend using jpg, png or webp files only.
We happily approved a full refund even though we don't offer them since we have a free trial which allows you to evaluate if our app is a good fit for your businesses.
Lastly, we are always open to feedback about how we can improve.
We have many happy users with stores similar to yours and we think our product is a great fit for your business.
