I’m not satisfied with this app. Around 95% of the generated photos had major errors, and it took days or even weeks for them to be re-edited. I created two videos (each costing 5 credits), but both had serious defects and couldn’t be used. I tried to contact the team to request re-edits or a refund of the credits, but I never received a response.

Also, my latest attempt with a male model was a failure – the product (men’s briefs) was completely changed into a different item. Even though I still have credits and a few days left on my subscription, I’m being asked to subscribe again just to request edits.

In conclusion, I do not recommend this app. Only a few photos turned out okay, but most were a total failure.

Thank you for the feedback.

We'd like to Apologize for delay in fixes. This was a temporary issue due to extremely high demand. We expanded our fixes bandwidth and are back to meeting delivery times.

In addition, we’re working on the next version of Botika's AI engine, which will dramatically reduce the need for fixes as well as improve their delivery times, further automating a lot of the processes they include. The credits for these images are 100% refunded and we don't charge extra credits for the fixes.

Regarding the videos quality - Unfortunately, we can't offer fixes for our videos. We're planning to address the quality issues in the near future as we update our video workflow. Stay tuned.

Our male models are about to go an update as well very soon, and until then we're happy to review the problematic images and refund the credits.

Lastly, we checked the tickets history and we addressed all your inquiries but never got a response from you.

TERRIBLE APP. Cannot get anyone to respond to your messages. The app took credits and after 4 days still haven't deiivered my projects. It went from instant delivery, to 2 hours, to 3 days and now it don't have no time frame. My main complaint is customer service. You cannot get help from anyone. I want a refund.

After upgrading, the quality has gone downhill. Even when I only made the chance for two images fixed, the results were completely unusable; many details looked off. (Also, I notice some images I only fixed once, and that's the final) The final product felt really rushed, but still took longer than the expected time, and the PS traces were undeniable. I could not use it at all. Honestly, I’m quite disappointed. I hope the team improves the quality.

Die App ist viel zu teuer und die Bilder sind unrealistisch. Es dauert viel zu lange für das genereieren. Und wenn man kündigt verfallen die meisten schon gezahlten Kredits. Ein Witz

Greedy app that doesn’t let you use sample photos because they have watermarks. The generated photos are weak, simply copying the exact poses and settings of the original images I selected, just swapping the model. A complete failure that should be banned from the Shopify store.

Our free trial results do come with watermarks and if you like the results and decide to upgrade we remove them retroactively. This is common practice and we feel it is a great way to let you evaluate our solution with on strings attached.

Regarding the settings from the original image - This is a part of our on-model flow and by preserving many of the original image features, we're able to offer unparalleled image quality. We also support flat lay and mannequin photos as part of our beta workflows. These offer more flexibility in terms of poses and sizes, but are currently less accurate and consistent. We're constantly improving them.

Every picture has an issue - twisted hands, shortened torsos, head size disproportionate to body - and are nowhere near good enough quality to use on a professional retail website.

Agree with all the feedback above - even as a paying customer they don't respond to you, when they do they can't find you on their system. That's just not good enough. Plus they don't refund your credit for unusable pictures.

The models are all tiny teenagers - with a very limited range on offer.
Not worth it as it takes up too much time and stress. I am discontinuing after only using half my credits.

1. Photo quality issues - We're sorry that our results didn't met your quality standards. We're constantly working on training and improving or AI data models. In addition, we offer a complementary photo fixes service to fix all the mentioned issues and provide you with high quality photos.

2. Customer service - We currently commit to one day response time and we're already working on improving that response time. If you experienced an additional issues while our support team was handling your complaints, we apologize and are already looking into it internally so we can improve the quality of service.

3. Credit refund - We always review complaints about photo quality and if we find them just we always refund credits. We're happy to address any specific cases where you feel this wan't the case.

4. Model appearance and age - We're constantly working on improving our models' quality and how real they look. We plan to invest and add more mature and senior models to represent all audiences.

Edited to update: While the app is the best I've found for AI imagery, the customer service is awful. I've summitted several requests and issues where images get stuck in generation or are poorly completed and there is no response. This is frustrating as the product is not cheap and has actually gone up in price a lot. There is also no add on option if you do an annual program. I feel like I've wasted a lot of time, money and credits as nobody is helping us and 15 minute edits often turn into 2-3 changes as they decide to add an extra foot (yes the model often has a 3rd foot that needs removed) to the models.

This app is a game changer - the images look fantastic and very realistic. Very easy to use, reasonably priced and great customer service. I've been using it for a few weeks now and I keep seeing improvements like more models. Sometimes it has issues with hands and feet, but with a quick circle of the issue you resubmit and they make the edits and get them back to you with the issues fixed.

Took me a minute to figure out what kind of base image was suitable for the type of rendering I wanted - I made some mistakes at first. Customer service responded quickly and Avi was great to work with. Tech support is paramount with any app and Botika was amazing. Seems that they are always looking for ways to improve. I would highly recommend this app.
