Absolutely the Worst AI Imaging Experience — Avoid at All Costs

Botika AI is hands down the most frustrating and unreliable AI imaging tool I’ve ever used. The service is appalling — not only is the image generation wildly inconsistent (same prompt, different results every time), but even after personally providing clear reference examples to their customer service team, they still couldn’t get it right.

And that’s when you can actually get a response — which you likely won’t. I waited over four days without a single reply to multiple emails during the working week. Zero accountability. Zero follow-up. Just silence.

The platform itself feels broken, chaotic, and completely disconnected from the needs of anyone who wants consistent, usable AI-generated content.

Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this software. There are far better alternatives out there — Flux.ai is miles ahead, cheaper, and actually works. I wish I had done my research before wasting time and money here.

Don’t make the same mistake. Botika AI is a disaster.

Honestly. This app is overall pretty good. HOWEVER, when you have issues, they don't respond to your messages. Sometimes the AI will mess up and it will cost you credits (that are quite expensive) and you won't get anything refunded and the pictures are basically useless. When it does work, it works well. Another complaint that I have is that I used Botika on 2 different stores, however on 1 store I only had a limited selection of male models while on the other I had many more to choose from. On the other store I only have male models that I don't really like and that don't match my brand. So apparently you don't get 'access to ALL models' as they state on their subscription page as I see completely different models on both stores. And when I ask them, I don't get any response. Thinking of quitting my membership because of this. In total I pay approx 130-150 per month to them, so please get back to me!

Updated my review to 5 stars because they got in touch with me and fixed everything! Now all is good and it definitely adds value to my store.

So far so good, I can see this app getting better and better and if the image isn’t great they work on it and send it back corrected, customer support is very good!

I would not recommend this app. From the beginning, I had nothing but issues. They charged me without giving me the credits I paid for, and trying to get in touch with them about issues is impossible. They owe me money right now and still have not returned any of my emails. Please choose another app. I would not want anyone to go through what I've been through with this app, which is so unprofessional.

100% recommended. Great photos and when they have issues they will fix them. Perfect to increase certainty of the users visiting my store. My CR is higher since I use product photos with the models of botika

Scam! Not making changes according to deadline. Do not recommend. Their support is not working. Just not answering.
In the end of the day you just have picture with mistakes in your clothes and with crazy ugly hands.

Botika makes it really easy to add model heads onto images that are cut off. They are normally really realistic and now it normally only takes a few minutes. I can't recommend their service more highly.

Concerning the price, I think it's pretty decent. However, I think an additional option between 48 and 300 images would be interesting.

This is a great investment for any store owner who is selling clothing. I really love this app. Also, I love how their customer support responses to any issue the users may have with the app or in general. This is a great product to use no other app compare.

this app is incredible, and absolutely mindblowing... however $30 for 30 images is incredibly expensive for someone who has thousands of products.. so I be using it past the trial or for occasional promo.. unless I make a lot of money or the price comes down.. just way too expensive.. however that doesn't detract from the tech or app.. its quite possibly one of the best apps on this market.. well done.
