The app is really well designed and provides basic functions for video-clienteling on Shopify! We use it to answer product questions or to recommend styles to customers. Now that everyone is working from home, getting that special one-on-one attention while you shop is key to engaging your customers, and to "meet" them in "person." Highly recommend.
