Dmitri has been extremely helpful with all my questions about setting up the BOXi app. He responds quickly to messages and even scheduled two very useful calls to walk me through the setup, ensuring the app was customized exactly how we wanted it for our store. Beyond a five star service. I chose Boxi for the Bundle Builder feature that I am incorporating into my website after considering other offerings. I also read the excellent reviews. I familiarised myself with the offering and took advantage of the 30 minutes session with Dmitri. Dimitri could not have been more helpful, patient and facilitative. He obviously knows his product inside out but in the space of call, he understood my objectives and advised and adapted his app to suit my store's needs. Dmitri then assisted me further by ensuring the necessary infrastructure features were enabled to allow BOXI to work as I wished. An excellent start to using an app that I hope will become an important service for our store.
