Boxify's customer service has been outstanding. Any time we have questions, the responses are prompt and very thoroughly. The real-time calculations for us with box size and weight are exactly what we need for our business. It is worth the extra cost to use them. We definitely recommend them!

Best app & customer service on the app store when it comes to shipping calculations! This app has been a life saver when it comes to data entry, so simple to configure and use right away! Dave is always our go to guy; the support is phenomenal and the team always gets back to us the same day (Even on weekends). There hasn't been one thing they haven’t been able to solve for us, highly recommend.

We've had this app for 3 years; worked great and customer service was always very quick in replying and helping solve any issues/answer questions. Decided recently to go with flat-rate shipping so will no longer need this app, but wanted to leave a positive review on here because it worked great for when we needed it.

I was having an issue with the app which was my fault. I contacted Boxify and they solved the problem very quickly. It was an over site on my part. This problem being resolved will save my customers money on shipping along with our company increasing the sales.

App works really well and is easy to use. I recommend using the bulk edit if you have a lot of items. Dave is very responsive and helpful. Usually responds in minutes.

Huge help for our company. We ship bulky items and have always had issues with losing money on precalculated online shipping rates for our customers' orders. With the Boxify team's help available seemingly whenever we need it, we have dialed in our shipping for accurate rates that don't over charge our customers or undercharge.
