Boxify

Our shipping requirements are complex and Boxify is a great product. Dave is absolutely the best support person I've run into in years. He is very timely and knowledgeable.

I used this app to configure shipping rates for a store that has items of various box sizes, and it works perfectly just as advertised. Dave at Boxify was and still is instrumental in guiding me through the process, and is always there for me whenever I need help. Great App, Great Staff.

I wish what Boxify is offering was native functionality in Shopify but I have to say the app has been working great for us so far and the customer service is absolutely great. Dave has helped me on several occasions (being new to the Shopify platform) and they always respond promptly.

Preparing to launch my new store. Tried the trial and subscribed! This app calculates shipping for my items based on which size box (I have 4 package sizes), then shows how to pack as a bonus. The best thing is the customer service. WOW! My silly questions are answered so quickly. The support is amazing!

This is one of the most useful apps for Shopify. I had one store for six years and now started another and have tried and used quite a few apps. Boxify gives me the best of both worlds. Helps with creating the right size boxing with lots of options and lets me keep using the deeply discounted Shopify shipping rates. Dave has been very helpful with detailed suggestions when I came across an issue. He instructed me how to easily fix the problem. Highly recommend it.

Boxify helped streamline our shipping. We have many different products and it makes it easy to get accurate shipping rates regardless of what our customers order. We have some fairly complex shipping restrictions in terms of what products can and can't ship together, and Boxify's support was INCREDIBLY helpful and thorough in terms of making sure everything worked properly. They are very straightforward about their limitations and great at providing workarounds for Shopify's limitations.

When I suggested to Shopify Support Gurus that they implement enhancements to calculate shipping based on boxes sizes assigned to individual products they pointed me to Boxify. What a lifesaver this app is! I love this app. It's saving my customers a ton in shipping costs, and saving me lots of headaches since I ship both products that are very small and very large. When I had a question about setup Dave responded very promptly and extended friendly customer service. Thanks, Dave!

I haven't had a flash sale yet since installing this app, however one thing I can tell you is that in tests it does seem to calculate shipping prices more accurately and most importantly, they were a much bigger help than Shopify support has been lately unfortunately.
The suggestions by the Boxify rep solved my issue and I didn't have to deal with that much back and forth.

We added Boxify to our site last month and it solved our pricing issues with FedEx perfectly.

Boxify support was extremely helpful on getting us setup and understanding how to get our pricing to come out the same as on our FedEx site.

So glad we found this app 5 STARS
