Boxify has helped us to provide substantially more accurate shipping charges to our clients. We ship via different locations & have many oversized products and Dave helped me understand how to make everything work together to ensure proper pricing. The customer service has been outstanding and prompt. I would definitely recommend Boxify to those who have intricate shipping needs. The app does everything stated and more!

Boxify has been great to work with in my shop. Dave has been very helpful, always guiding. Even when I had a question that I thought was for Boxify, it ended up being a simple Shopify configuration, but Dave being the expert and kindness guided me through it.

We've had a great experience with Boxify over the last few years. We ship various products from single screws to large, heavy plates and Shopify's shipping settings just weren't cutting it for accurate shipping rates. The ability to look back and see why a specific order was quoted at a specific rate is also really helpful for troubleshooting situations where the incorrect rate was given. Support is also very responsive and has been fantastic when we've needed assistance.

Boxify really helps when shipping products of different sizes and especially in multiple boxes. The support staff is amazing-- I've had dozen of questions due to my inexperience, and the questions were all handled the same day.

Boxify is helping my fine art business capture shipping costs that I wouldn't have been able to accurately charge any other way. The software has a lot of flexibility for mixing product in one box. It works with many non-standard product sizes and lets me adjust for our handling, insurance and box costs. Best of all, Dave at Boxify is soooo helpful and patient in answering questions, reviewing various scenarios and making recommendations and giving clear instructions, all in a timely manner. It does take work and planning to implement this software and I am still learning after 2 years.

So, I just installed your app last night and configured it this morning. And after and easy 1.5 hours it is completely setup and 100% functional. Just had to take a moment to say thanks for making such a functional and intuitive app. Every aspect of it worked as promised and your FAQ answered the two questions I couldn't figure out on my own.

Boxify solved our dimensional weight issue. But what I'm really impressed by is their customer support. We had a lot of difficulty setting things up because of external shipping issues and Dave at Boxify was amazing in helping get our account set up 100% error free!

Our new shop has many variations of weights and boxes. it's been a challenge as shopify doesn't have the shipping options we need. Adding shipping into our products pricing would only deter sales. Boxify had the app we needed. Dave at Boxify has gone over and above to explain things to me and help us thru this as there are many details to setting this up correctly. but if you follow what they say-your shipping can be pretty accurate. You can also add a fair shipping & handling fee into the price that blends in to the shipping cost for the client. This app is spot on with USPS pricing-if you set it up the right way. I would definitely recommend them.
