So, I just installed your app last night and configured it this morning. And after and easy 1.5 hours it is completely setup and 100% functional. Just had to take a moment to say thanks for making such a functional and intuitive app. Every aspect of it worked as promised and your FAQ answered the two questions I couldn't figure out on my own.

Boxify solved our dimensional weight issue. But what I'm really impressed by is their customer support. We had a lot of difficulty setting things up because of external shipping issues and Dave at Boxify was amazing in helping get our account set up 100% error free!

Our new shop has many variations of weights and boxes. it's been a challenge as shopify doesn't have the shipping options we need. Adding shipping into our products pricing would only deter sales. Boxify had the app we needed. Dave at Boxify has gone over and above to explain things to me and help us thru this as there are many details to setting this up correctly. but if you follow what they say-your shipping can be pretty accurate. You can also add a fair shipping & handling fee into the price that blends in to the shipping cost for the client. This app is spot on with USPS pricing-if you set it up the right way. I would definitely recommend them.
Tip-have patience with this app because it can work.

Dave is incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any questions you may have. The dimensional weight calculations are very accurate if you spend a little time properly setting it up. Now that we use it, I could not imagine running our shipping calculations any other way. Dave and team always respond within a business day, which is a nice change from many developers. I am really unhappy- i thought this would make my shipping better- but i have been paying $39 a month since april 2016 and it looks like i have only used it a handful of times. i am not sure how long my analytics information has been available on the app (because i rarely have the need to go on it)- but prior to a glitch that happened today- i thought EVERY order was using boxify. we took 8hrs to set this up- and ive paid over $1000 and ive gotten nothing. Really unhappy. :(

This app has been a game changer for our store. It is very easy to configure and support is top-notch. Anytime we've had a question we get an answer right away. We are using this app on two store-fronts and we couldn't be happier with the results. Update: Dave continues to go above and beyond to help us whenever we need it! We could not run either of our stores without Boxify.

Shockingly attentive customer service. They answered me within hours with detailed, helpful responses no matter what day or time I reached out. The app solves a big blind-spot issue within shopify, allowing you to ascribe items to the right sized packages for shipping which in turn allows you to display accurate rates to patrons but, really, its the customer service that won me over.

Our company has been using this app since 2017. The app has worked great to provide real time shipping quotes to our customers and solved a lot of our shipping/pricing headaches. Dave at Boxify has always been extremely responsive in answering our questions and helping us address anything that has come up, which is generally from something we did not input correctly. The app and customer service have been top notch. I highly recommend it.

Boxify has been an absolute necessity for our business! We ship many products of varying dimensions and weights, and were limited by Shopify's ability to use only one default box size. Not only has Boxify solved that problem for us (impacting the shipping costs incurred by our customers), but their customer support is first rate. They are always so responsive and helpful, and really take the time to understand any issue presented to them. We are very thankful for Boxify and would recommend this app to any shop owner.

Boxify has been an incredible addition to our Shopify ecommerce site! Our product line consists of 14 products varying greatly in size, shape, and weight. Before incorporating Boxify, the calculated shipping rates our customers were getting at checkout were wildly inaccurate. Now that we have Boxify up and running both our customer and our company are saving money, AND our 3PL appreciates being told exactly which size box to use so there is no guess-work. The support staff at Boxify is responsive and so super helpful. I highly highly recommend this App!
