Boxify

Boxify has been an absolute necessity for our business! We ship many products of varying dimensions and weights, and were limited by Shopify's ability to use only one default box size. Not only has Boxify solved that problem for us (impacting the shipping costs incurred by our customers), but their customer support is first rate. They are always so responsive and helpful, and really take the time to understand any issue presented to them. We are very thankful for Boxify and would recommend this app to any shop owner.

Boxify has been an incredible addition to our Shopify ecommerce site! Our product line consists of 14 products varying greatly in size, shape, and weight. Before incorporating Boxify, the calculated shipping rates our customers were getting at checkout were wildly inaccurate. Now that we have Boxify up and running both our customer and our company are saving money, AND our 3PL appreciates being told exactly which size box to use so there is no guess-work. The support staff at Boxify is responsive and so super helpful. I highly highly recommend this App!

Boxify is amazing! Sometimes customers order several different items at once and Boxify's box packing feature tells us which shipping box to use - this information is usable by our shipping software for filters or automation rules. This has saved us so much time on our fulfillment. Additionally, Boxify allows us to generate different shipping rates to provide our customers more options - this has been especially helpful for the Holidays. Dave is very responsive and always available to answer questions or look into something. I would definitely recommend this app!

This app is a must-have for any business with varying product size. We ship rare GTR auto parts around the world, ranging in size from screws to bumpers. Although getting the data (measuring dimensions and weighing items) is quite involved, it's the only way to figure out complex shipping calculations. Whenever we've had any issues with the app, we've received fast and useful responses from Boxify. We highly recommend this app.

UPDATE (12/25/18): We have only positive things to say about Boxify and the support we've received from their knowledgeable staff. Getting accurate shipping calculations can be complex and Boxify helps automate the process. Whenever we've had discrepancies with shipping costs or had any other issue, we've received expert responses quickly from Boxify. We'd be thrilled if all apps had this level of customer service and expertise.

Boxify solved my issues. It was a little difficult to understand in the beginning because I personally wasn't too versed on the way it was coded. But after further research and experimenting, it became an essential tool to the growth and simplicity of my sales. I could trust that I was not going to lose money letting the app calculate the pricing for the multiple boxes per order. There were a few issues that I worked through with the Developer and was directed towards the fix quickly. I would recommend this app for businesses with large boxes, shipping multiple items in each box that need to be calculated. It offers insurance calculation and Handling fee collection.
