Boxify

Boxify was exactly what we needed to get accurate calculated shipping rates. The set up was pretty easy and Dave was so helpful with support! Anytime I had a question, he was quick to return emails and phone calls to help. Thank you!!

Great app with great customer service. We had a large number of variants to add in a variety of sizes, colors, materials, etc., and as our product sizes can vary greatly we wanted several options available for shipping. Dave from Boxify was quick to get back and helped me bulk add the dimensions of all our items within 24 hours (150+ items, each with 50+ variants!).

The app also provides real time shipping rates from UPS (or FedEx) with a basic Shopify account by linking to our existing UPS account. Highly recommend, is exactly what we were looking for (this functionality should come standard with Shopify!).

Definitely a huge thumbs up. It solved the problem for us and the money it saved us was much more than what we were losing without the app (i.e. without the ability to link each of our box dimensions to its respective product). 5-stars for ease of use, simple setup, no maintenance, and no hassle.

Not only to they respond quickly but make sure you understand the answers they provide and not just provide an answer and stop assisting. Top notch support. I was having issues with Boxify not selecting the correct box, then support quickly pointed out that the issue was my mistake. Support quickly looked at my settings, product dimensions, and shipping carriers and to me how to correct them. No issues since and the shipping is being calculated perfectly.

I use this app to store box dimensions and to aid in label creation automation. No other app support is as good as that provided by the Boxify support team, period.

This app is great. We have 7 box sizes, with customer who need international and expedited shipping. This app has been perfect for getting our customers accurate shipping quotes, eliminating hassle and shipping cost complaints. We had some configuration questions and Dave from support provided very thorough answers very quickly (within 2 hours).
