This is a great solution to get real-time shipping rates. Their support is outstanding and they have a great response time! Highly recommend this app.

Before Boxify, I was losing money on shipping costs. Once I added the dimensions into the system for 1600 different products (whew, that was a job), what I charge my customers falls into line with what I pay to the post office. Sure wasn't even close before I installed Boxify!!

We had issues with dimensional weight, and Boxify saved us when nothing else would! Dave has always been quick to respond, offer support, and troubleshoot not only with us but also our 3rd party partners. I cannot recommend a better app when all else feels lost in your shipping universe!

Once again fantastic app and I cant believe Shopify hasn't made Boxify part of their core package. The functionality it provides is something that my business absolutely cannot live without! And Dave is great! We spoke on the phone a while back and I just want to reiterate again how great his service has been. Buy with confidence, because trust me, if you want to do any real shipping, you NEED THIS APP!!

I could not rave enough about Boxify and especially the support - around the clock, 7 days a week - that Dave has provided as we work through establishing our usage of the app. We ship frozen products as well as non-frozen, each requiring specific packaging - with the frozen product package obviously weighing quite a bit. Boxify was the only app to successfully tell Shopify and the shipping calculations that Product A goes in Package A and so on. I'm not sure how we would have solved this problem - which seems quite logical - but without hiring a developer and building from scratch (and spending a fortune) it was a logistics issue that no one else successfully solved. Dave is there whenever we change or add products and walks us through any steps that we may have missed. We are a very small startup and are experiencing solid volume - we don't have time to miss sales nor do we have time to wait 48 hours for a response from app support. With Boxify and Dave, neither of those are ever issues. Can I give it 10 stars?

I do not normally rate things but this app is awesome. Shipping was a nightmare before getting this app. With a few different products we have in stock a 1 box solution is not right for us and even tho we love making money on shipping we were definitely overcharging customers for shipping and thus losing out on sales.

Dave has helped our business tremendously. He responds promptly to all my questions! Every business should use this app.

App works really well and support has been quick to respond to any concern and help explain any issues we were having.

We are about to launch our website. This what was holding us back from doing so! Our concern was always the shipping cost and making sure we are calculating properly. This is a must have app! Easy to set up! Cant wait to start using in a live settings.
