I have products that need to ship in one specific box size. It seems quite simple, but the problem is when customer order more than one products. Shopify really can't calculate this properly and it really frustrated me, especially since every tech supports recommended different ways that didn't work. After many research, I was so happy when I found Boxify! Not only it was easy to use and it gave many options on how to pack and ship items, the help information was very well written and Dave was probably the BEST customer support! Very responsive, very knowledgeable, very patient in explaining and helping with any issue. He even went above and beyond to help me solving issue with third party shipping carrier. I can't recommend this apps enough to anyone.
I have used this app for 2 different website now over the last 3 years or so and have nothing but good things to say about it! We ship a number of large/heavy items and a few of these products need to ship in multiple boxes. Boxify makes setting this up an absolute breeze! We couldn't be happier about this integration and would be dead in the water without it. Dave is always quick to respond and help when and if I have any questions too!
My business, All You Can Spice, loves using this app. We create our own customized boxes, which our customers love, but shipping calculators hate. Online shipping systems couldn't figure out how to price shipping, because there was no way for them to know how many of our products could fit into our boxes. I searched the internet and came across Boxify. I quickly learned it would serve our needs. It was easy to set up, taking under an hour to set up my 20+ products. The best part about the service, though, was the customer service whenever I had questions. He may or may not be the owner, I'm not sure, but Dave was super helpful. He would usually answer the same day I emailed him, and he gave thorough answers. He would take the time to type out 2-3 paragraphs customized to my problem and products to make sure I understood how to set something up. Boxify offers are great service for a low price. We have been using Boxify for over a year and are 110% happy with it.
We were looking at other apps but they were pretty complicated and expensive. Since we have a lot of different package sizes, we were having to choose between losing a lot of money on shipping or overcharging our customers with Shopify's standard options. Boxify fixed that, and made it so we can give accurate pricing no matter the service desired, substantially improving our conversion rate and bottom line. Just remember when you add a new product to be sure to put in the dimensions or sometimes your products can appear unavailable to customers. I've recommended this app to many fellow small businesses.
I dont even own this app yet because I am doing the 15 day FREE trial which is awesome! Dave at Boxify has been SO helpful that setting up my store was a piece of cake. Highly recommend this app already.
Our company has been using this app since 2017. The app has worked great to provide real time shipping quotes to our customers and solved a lot of our shipping/pricing headaches. Dave at Boxify has always been extremely responsive in answering our questions and helping us address anything that has come up, which is generally from something we did not input correctly. The app and customer service have been top notch. I highly recommend it.
Our products vary in size from very small to large, and calculating dimensional weights online for shipping has been very problematic. Further complicating things is that we have an API between Shopify and our POS system which created additional hurdles.
Dave at Boxify has been just excellent to work with...very responsive and consultative. We now have box calculations that work perfectly every time, thus assuring our customers that they are getting accurate and fair shipping costs when ordering. Boxify enables us to control all the variables from box cost, mark-ups, packing charges, etc.
This is a great app and well worth the expense!
Our new shop has many variations of weights and boxes. it's been a challenge as shopify doesn't have the shipping options we need. Adding shipping into our products pricing would only deter sales. Boxify had the app we needed. Dave at Boxify has gone over and above to explain things to me and help us thru this as there are many details to setting this up correctly. but if you follow what they say-your shipping can be pretty accurate. You can also add a fair shipping & handling fee into the price that blends in to the shipping cost for the client. This app is spot on with USPS pricing-if you set it up the right way. I would definitely recommend them.
Tip-have patience with this app because it can work.
