Boxify app solved the issues we had in the past for more accurate shipping fees for our customers. The support team is extremely helpful and always reply to you quickly when you need that help right away.

I was an early adopter of Boxify and I have been happy from beta through its current production version. I originally installed it because Boxify was the most cost-effective way for my store to calculate the dimensional weight of widely varying sized products inside of multiple sizes of boxes. For example, one purchase may be a guitar, the next a pack of strings, while the third purchase is an amplifier plus an effect pedal. Boxify is able to calculate the most efficient packaging for each of these scenarios and then estimate the FedEx, UPS, and USPS costs using dimensional weight. Early on I requested the addition of USPS to the shippers Boxify supports and the developer not only added it but also went out of his way to inform me of its availability, which I consider to be excellent customer service.

This online E-commerce is a new thing to me. Building my own site has been very challenging a huge perk is to have apps like Boxify have amazing customer service! The dimensional packaging is also great when your store has LARGE and small items! Thanks Dave!

Really appreciated Dave and his customer support. I had an issue with my negotiated rates and he jumped through hoops to help me nail down the issue. Which was on my end of course. Now my dimensional weight headache is gone.

Boxify has been an absolute necessity for our business! We ship many products of varying dimensions and weights, and were limited by Shopify's ability to use only one default box size. Not only has Boxify solved that problem for us (impacting the shipping costs incurred by our customers), but their customer support is first rate. They are always so responsive and helpful, and really take the time to understand any issue presented to them. We are very thankful for Boxify and would recommend this app to any shop owner.

Boxify rocks! The app does exactly what it says - gets your customers real time rates based on actual product geometry (not just volumes). Support is top notch - quick, responsive, and super helpful. Don't know what I would do if I didn't have this app! If you need to calculate dimensional shipping rates, this is your answer.

The app works well, but the support is second to none. Dave and his team worked countless hours to sort out an issue for us that turned out to be UPS related and nothing to do with the Boxify product. He also replied in a speedy manner and at all time. Excellent support. Thanks!

Really helped dial in our shipping rates to save $ and offer customers accurate rate quotes. Customer service is top notch as well. Dave @ Boxify took the time to explain how the apps so we could ensure we setup correctly, etc. Works insane if you have a lot of products that trigger shipper's dimensional weight vs. actual weight.
