We have been using Boxify for years, and the software has been exceptional and up to our standards. The customer support is high quality, and they are very quick to respond. Specifically, Dave at Boxify provides exceptional help.

Excellent app with tremendous support. Would highly recommend, this app has helped our back end staff with assembling orders, and the pos be able to properly calculate live shipping accurately. It is a little wonky by necessity but the support is great at walking you through everything.

Although I haven't used the app longer than a couple weeks, I am giving 5 stars based on support alone. The folks at Boxify have provided thorough support quickly and effectively each time I've had a question and even go as far as providing suggestions outside the scope of their own app to help me, when necessary.
