Easy to use app and great support service. I wanted a few areas I was unable to edit putting into our brand font/colours and the team sorted it all out with me in a couple of hours.

This app is amazing as is but we're really giving this review for how helpful the developer and the team is. We need to really customize our experience out and were struggling to see how we could make this work best for our very specific needs. We figured before we hired someone to customize further we'd reach out to the team to see how they could help and they have been AMAZING. They have gone above and beyond to assist and guide us in making this app work best for us. To add - no other app in existence could work the way we were needing and this was magical. If you have a gift experience with many variant options this is the way to go!

There is no support with this app and has a major glitch. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT GET THIS APP.

Great app! Finally we found an app that responds to the needs of anyone who is looking to provide gift bundle options / DIY gifting. The app works very well, has many options and is easy to use, and most of all, it is simple and fun for users. There are many other apps that try to imitate this one, but their quality and customer support is nothing like StayTuned's. The latter really are happy to help you out and ensure you get the most out of the app. If we could give a suggestion, it would regard the discount encouragements. They allow you to implement discounts and show pop up messages as a user gets closer to reaching a desired number of products or a desired price, which is very handy. However maybe a small illustration (of a gift box filling up, or a progress bar charging) could be interesting to have as well, in addition to text pop up encouragements. People love to "complete things" and this visual aid could be interesting to try one day. We recommend this app to anyone who wants to offer a "create your own gift" on their website. There are many features (gift message, date, subscription forms, etc, etc, almost anything you can think of). Sprixy Box Team

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Very impressed with Andys customer service. Prompt replies and gave me great advice on how to utilise the Box Builder app, to its full potential. I now have the confidence to go live soon, as my customers will be able to create their own gift boxes :)

I installed the app for 7 days free trial. During this time Jalal gave us an immediate response to all our requests including adjustments to RTL. Excellent service and it is not obvious that Jalal will make adjustments and invest a lot of time without any commitment on our part to pay for the service.
