The app is really user friendly and very straightforward to set up. I had a few issues with the design that needed coding and Hamza was so helpful in making these changes for me so it now looks beautiful and on-brand.

The BoxBuilder app is super easy to use and works brilliantly with the theme we have. I had a problem with spacing at the bottom of the builder, but Hamza from the support team was excellent at helping fix this quickly!

Great app for building a box features. Also able to customize colors and url, which is something we definitely needed.

We've tried 5/6 apps that claim to do similar things and can honestly say that THIS IS the go-to app for building boxes & Incredibly straight forward to set up! The speedy customer service makes the whole experience seamless and reassuring for our business. 100% would recommend.

I am so impressed with this app! This is the only app I found that: 1) has a seamless, easy to use interface, 2) looks professional and pulls theme formatting automatically, 3) allows customers to view detailed product pages and multiple photos from within the app, 4) Makes the step selection super clear, 5) Offers outstanding customer support. I reached out to have a font and a word changed in my pop and Jalal sorted it for me the same day! Thank you so much for making this process so easy for people like me who are new to ecommerce!

Finally, a good bundle app. We needed something to allow customers to build a custom box with a fixed number of items. This does that well and the team at Box Builder is extremely responsive and are actively supporting the app with new features. The features provided by this app are core to my ordering process and I think it's fully worth the $20/mo. Update 4/21: Still using this after 6 months. The support team is fantastic, responsive, and the app is regularly updated and still well worth the $20/month for us.
