ZenBox: Bundle Builder

Really easy to set up and the customer service is great. Super helpful and even took on my suggestions when i gave it to them.

This is the perfect app if you are looking for customers to be able to build your own gift box within your website. Can select when products you include and the steps. Makes it easy and gives customers a good experience. Support has been helpful in answering my questions and helping me.

I required an App that allowed my customers to build a box of products, starting with the required item of the box itself before they could proceed to adding products. When researching the right App for me, I noticed this feature seemed to be missing from other similar Apps. The Box Builder has met every need in terms of creating the best build-a-box experience for my customer. I'm in no way tech-savvy, and it was surprisingly quite straight forward to use. Their support guy Andrew was available to answer all of my tedious questions and concerns, even over the weekend when I wasn't expecting a response. He quickly solved the issues I encountered- trust me, there were many (from my end, not the App!)- and thankfully was very patient with me! Overall, I'm very happy with the App and support I've received, my website looks and works beautifully. I highly recommend the App (and my website- theparceledit.com.au !! ;) #SneakyPlug)

This app is both customer and merchant friendly in ease of use. The support team is really amazing - I've had a couple difficulties with my builders and the team has been committed on multiple occasions to troubleshooting and walking me through options that are most applicable and beneficial to my store.

I will start by saying that we aren't live with this on our site, so I can't yet speak to how well it works over time. I am hopeful that it will be a great solution for us and hope that the team is able to work through the glitches and get their app humming along consistently.

That being said, I tested out at least 30 similar type apps to try to find one that could do what we needed and this one is the ONLY one that checked all of the boxes for us. Some features that made this one stand out are:
1) the ability to show all of the variants individually as selections
2) the ability to select products by collection
3) the ability to create different selection criteria for each step of the box/kit/bundle creation. For instance, on step 1, a person can select 1 of the options, but on step 2, they can select 1-4 of the options
4) the ability to create forms that collect information throughout the box/kit/bundle building process
5) the ability to create customized tiered pricing depending on the items selected.
6) the ability to manage the product/variant inventory and have those updates reflect in the kit/box/bundles

I have experienced some glitches as I've been testing it, but migrating to their newest "Simple & Fast" option did solve the primary issue I was facing. The support team has been very responsive, respectful, and helpful as I've had questions or run into problems. So I am hopeful this will be an integral part of our new website and help things run smoother on the front end and the backend.
