They have three funnels (top, middle, and bottom)
for my top funnel, they target too broad (62.000.000 person), so I am not getting a sales because too broad, and my bottom-funnel (retargeting ads) are not running to retarget even though my store has had visitors.
I have a big expectation with their apps because they are giving the cheapest price than other apps, but honestly, I will back to shoelace or madgicx because they will provide me with a better result than brainity.
2 star because they have support team named Jose that having great support at all.

I first used this app in June 2020, It has gotten very bad. Customer Service is non-existent, the app does not adjust your budget. It's very glitchy. I will give it another week if it's not fixed I am gone. Really not good guys. Fix the app or you will lose a customer over 2 years.

I'm sorry your experience wasn't satisfactory. I give you some feedback about your complaints:

You don't have a Facebook pixel installed in your store, so that's why we weren't able to detect your traffic. Without this info it's impossible to create and optimize a retargeting campaign. We are always happy to help users improve their store. :)

We need images to have a size of 600x600 px at least. Maybe this was the issue. You only have to talk us through the in-app chat I will always help our users.

Sorry but I don't get this issue. It would be lovely to better understand what it was in order to help you and improve the app.

Yes, we have it, but for the retargeting campaign that you weren't able to launch because of the missing Facebook pixel.
