We had a few setup questions, and the customer support team was outstanding. They guided us through every step and ensured our Brand Page was exactly how we wanted it.
Setting up the brand page was a Great, thanks to the helpful customer service. The app itself works well and offers plenty of layout options to fit our store's branding. Highly recommend!
This app feature is fantastic for organizing and showcasing our brands and designers with ease. The variety of layouts and automatic updates are very useful. However, the initial setup took a bit longer than expected. Overall, the customer support was excellent and helped resolve issues quickly.
Not even a 1-star. I've had the most frustrating experience with this app recently. Communication with customer service is painfully slow, taking days to get a response. Despite reporting an issue three weeks ago, it's still not fixed, and I'm left with no solution in sight. I moved onto another app which is cheaper and much easier to use. There are much cheaper and more efficient apps out there that offer far better service and functionality. Save your time and money and look elsewhere! I am waiting for the refund.
This app is perfect for displaying our brand list. The customer support team was very responsive and helped me resolve any issues quickly. Highly recommend for anyone needing an organized brand page.
